2. Corporate Chase for the TRANSEARCH ChildFund Foundation

After a busy working week 27 employees, family members and friends of TRANSEARCH International Deutschland and artec Personalberatung met to participate at the Stuttgart SportScheck Night Run on September 9th 2016.

For the second time TRANSEARCH used the opportunity of a sportive event to present the TRANSEARCH ChildFund Foundation in a public setting. Goodwill ambassadors were the adults on their 5 km race and this year for the first time a child that ran the 1,8 km of the children’s run in favor of the good cause.

Summerly atmosphere and the excellent mood of the runners turned this running performance into a successful event for the athletes and the spectators.

Donations resulting also from this event are 100% used for the projects of the TRANSEARCH ChildFund Foundation. 1200 pupils of the school centre in Zambia benefit of the financial help. A preschool, further teacher’s homes and the computerization of the school centre were the last milestones of this long lasting and successful project that turned into a “Center of Excellence” for the whole area around the school. All supporters and Ulrich F. Ackermann, Managing Partner and founder of the TRANSEARCH ChildFund Foundation work with full commitment on the establishment of a health clinic as the next goal.

Donation of the pupils of the Wilhelms-Gymnasium in Degerloch to the TRANSEARCH ChildFund Foundation

The students of the Wilhelms-Gymnasium in Degerloch sell each year around Christmas oranges for charity. The proceeds of the 2014 orange-activity was donated to the TRANSEARCH ChildFund Foundation on Thursday, February 12. The pupils’ representatives Sonja Kayser, Paula Abel and Jan Phillip Ronde handed over the check amounting to over 4000 Euro to Ulrich Ackermann, managing director and representatives of the Foundation.

The TRANSEARCH ChildFund Foundation supports projects in Vietnam and Zambia since 2006. “We want to help offer education to children by self for self-help” said Ulrich Ackermann at the check handover. The Foundation will invest the donation to support the construction of a pre-school in Zambia for children aged three to six years, preparing them to elementary school level.
